OLD WORD: PIMP.
1. To make something look more flashy and showy. Usually applied to cars and homes.
Blake really pimped out that Escalade with those spinners, tinted windows and 2000 watt system.
2. To advertise (generally, in an enthusiastic sense) or to call attention in order to bring acclaim to something; to promote.
A friend of mine created a collage of Angelina Jolie's tattoos, and pimped it on my Web site so people could see her work.
